Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint Detox Water

This refreshing drink is great for flushing out toxins, promoting hydration, and helping reduce water retention. It’s perfect to sip throughout the day for a gentle detox.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 litre of water
  • (Optional: 1 teaspoon grated ginger – for an added metabolism boost)

Instructions:

  • Wash and slice the cucumber and lemon thinly.

  • Add them to a large pitcher or jar.

  • Add fresh mint leaves (and ginger, if using).

  • Pour in 1 litre of water and stir gently.

  • Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours to allow the flavours to infuse.

  • Drink throughout the day for a refreshing and hydrating detox.
