Ingredients
- Tangerines, peeled and separated
- Kiwis, peeled and sliced
- Persimmons, peeled and sliced
- Grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
- Apple, cored and chopped
- Banana, peeled and sliced
- 8 g agar-agar
- 50 ml water
- 350 ml milk
- 200 g condensed milk
- 200 g sour cream or yogurt (room temperature)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Fruit
- Arrange the sliced fruits (tangerines, kiwis, persimmons, grapefruit, apple, and banana) in serving dishes or a large bowl.
2. Prepare the Agar-Agar Mixture
- In a small saucepan, combine agar-agar with 50 ml water and let soak for 3–5 minutes.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.
3. Prepare the Milk Mixture
- In another saucepan, gently warm the milk and condensed milk—do not boil.
- Stir in the dissolved agar-agar and mix well until fully combined.
4. Add the Sour Cream or Yogurt
- Remove from heat. Add the sour cream or room-temperature yogurt and mix until smooth.
5. Assemble the Dessert
- Pour the milk mixture over the arranged fruits.
- Allow to set at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
6. Serve
- Serve chilled. Optionally garnish with more fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
