Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- 5–6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 litre of water

Instructions:
- Wash and slice the cucumber and lemon thinly.
- Add them to a large pitcher or jar.
- Add fresh mint leaves (and ginger, if using).
- Pour in 1 litre of water and stir gently.
