Ingredients

  • Tangerines, peeled and separated
  • Kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • Persimmons, peeled and sliced

  • Apple, cored and chopped
  • Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 8 g agar-agar
  • 50 ml water
  • 350 ml milk
  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 200 g sour cream or yogurt (room temperature)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Fruit

  • Arrange the sliced fruits (tangerines, kiwis, persimmons, grapefruit, apple, and banana) in serving dishes or a large bowl.

2. Prepare the Agar-Agar Mixture

  • In a small saucepan, combine agar-agar with 50 ml water and let soak for 3–5 minutes.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.

3. Prepare the Milk Mixture

  • In another saucepan, gently warm the milk and condensed milk—do not boil.
  • Stir in the dissolved agar-agar and mix well until fully combined.

4. Add the Sour Cream or Yogurt

  • Remove from heat. Add the sour cream or room-temperature yogurt and mix until smooth.

5. Assemble the Dessert

  • Pour the milk mixture over the arranged fruits.
  • Allow to set at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.

6. Serve

  • Serve chilled. Optionally garnish with more fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
